The Kids Aerial Hammock Fusion class focuses on zero compression inversions, suspended stretching, and building strong foundational movements that are essential to progression in the practice. The hammock is used to alter one’s relationship with the ground, allowing the student to strengthen their body through unique exercises that challenge the laws of physics while providing an exhilarating experience.
