2. Description of Service
Outclass Hub is a platform that connects families with K-12 in-person educational programs and providers. Families can browse and discover programs based on location and other criteria without creating an account. To register for classes, save favorites, or access certain features, users must create an account.Providers (organizations or individuals offering legitimate K-12 in-person educational programs) can list their programs on the platform. We may expand the Services in the future to include additional features such as streamlined class registration, payments, or other tools. Important: Outclass Hub acts solely as a directory and facilitation platform. We do not provide, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any programs listed. All transactions, registrations, and interactions occur directly between families and providers. We are not a party to any such agreements.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Services. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Registration: When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providers must provide accurate details about their organization and programs.
Account Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Provider Verification and Program Listings
Outclass Hub is intended exclusively for legitimate providers of K-12 in-person educational programs (such as classes, workshops, camps, tutoring, or enrichment activities delivered in physical settings for students in kindergarten through 12th grade). To maintain the quality and trustworthiness of the platform:
All provider accounts and program listings are subject to manual verification by our team.
Providers must demonstrate that they offer genuine K-12 in-person programs. This may include submitting supporting documentation (e.g., business licenses, program descriptions, proof of insurance, or other relevant information) upon request.
We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, or remove any provider application or listing for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, misrepresentation, failure to meet eligibility criteria, incomplete verification, or if the provider offers non-qualifying services (e.g., online-only programs, non-educational businesses, adult-focused services, or any other category outside K-12 in-person education).
Approved providers warrant and represent that all information in their listings is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. They further warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, permits, and insurance required to offer their programs safely and legally.
Listings may include descriptions, schedules, locations, pricing, and images provided by the provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing.
Failure to comply with verification requirements or these Terms may result in immediate removal of listings and termination of the provider's account without notice or refund (if applicable). Disclaimer: Even after verification, we do not endorse any provider or program. Families should conduct their own due diligence, including background checks, site visits, and direct inquiries, before enrolling in any program.
5. User Content and Program Listings
"User Content" includes any program listings, descriptions, images, reviews, comments, messages, or other materials you submit or post on the Site.

User Reviews and Comments: Families and other users may leave reviews or feedback. All reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and comply with our content guidelines (see below). We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
